Malta Visa Process & Documents Required

Step 1 – Student documents

• Please send the following documents to VmarsStudyVisa@gmail.com
  
  
• Completion/Passing Certificate of Grade 10 onwards
• Detailed Mark sheet/Transcript of Grade 10 onwards
• Recent Photograph of the student
• Copy of Passport of the student
• Experience letter
• Updated CV

Step 2: Offer Letter issued by the college

• Processing Time: 5 working days.

Step 3: - Acceptance of Letter

• Student will Accept the Offer Letter & Student will transfer (Non-Refundable) Euro 200 to VMARS Account

Step 4: - Pay Tuition Fee

• Student will make the Tuition Fee DD / Cheque in favor of College and deposit to VMARS Head Office

Step 5: - College will courier below mention original documents

• Processing Time: 10-15 working days.

Step 6: - Student will start preparing Visa Checklist documents

• Main Documents Required for Malta Embassy

• Education Certificate Apostille
• Travel Medical Insurance for one year (value 50 K Euro)
• Passport all pages Notarized
• One way Air Ticket to Malta
• SOP
• Cover Letter
• Aadhar Card
• Bank Statement (6 months old)
• Living Expense (Show Money) Rs 10,00,000/ (one-day-old FUND)
• Notarized No Objection Certificate from both parents if applicant is a minor

Step 7: Embassy Date (VFS Submission)

• VMARS Team will take Embassy Date

Step 8: Embassy Interview

• VMARS will prepare the student for Embassy Interview

Step 9: Visa Approval

• After Malta Student Visa approval student has to pay VMARS security amount and one year Tuition Fee

Step 10 – Immigration Letter

• Once student will clear all the dues, VMARS team will issue Immigration Letter (Extension Letter)

Step 11 – Welcome to Malta

• VMARS will arrange Student Pickup from Malta
